Avy Joseph is a Director and Co-founder of The College of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CCBH).
He specialises in integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Hypnosis and gained a Masters degree in rational-emotive behavioural therapy, one of the main schools of cognitive and behavioural therapy from Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2001.

He graduated with a degree in Mathematics, after which he qualified as a counsellor and then worked in the private sector for many years in training and development. He has lectured both nationally and internationally in clinical hypnosis for over a decade.
His interest in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) started in 2000 and over the years he has developed many workshops and courses that have culminated in the development of specialised courses at the CCBH.

He is a registered and accredited CBT therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and runs a busy clinic in Central London.
